Soft Basic is a pleasant bread that is true to the Norwegian rustic bread style, very well suited for low carbohydrates and ketogenic lunches. With soft basic bread you can bring with you a healthy home packed lunch. Gluten-free and without milk and yeast, this bread is a good starting point for home made low carb sandwich creations.

Preparation:
Thaw for 24 hours at room temperature before use (see packaging instruction). Want fresh baked experience?, bake from frozen in oven for 15 minutes at 150 °C.


Want crispy crust:

Store without packaging with cutting surface facing the barrel. The crust will get crisp and the middle kept soft due to the fibers water holding capability holding water.

Storage: Freezer (min. – 18 °C). After thawing, store 5 days on a refrigerator 0-4 °C.
Shelf life: 365 days after manufacturing date stored in freezer (min – 18 °C).
Status: Cooked, ready to eat after thawing.
