OUR QUALITY

Our production facility is strictly run with HACCP system implemented to ensure product quality and safety. HACCP is the management system in which our food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.  Our establishment operates in compliance with the HACCP principle which is in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice described in the below-mentioned regulations and its amendments:

  • Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin
  • Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety
  • Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 June 2002 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to food supplements (Text with EEA relevance)

• Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.

Good Manufacturer Practice is the foundation of our business, the GMP quality system is laid in place thru our European HACCP system who fully complies or exceed the GMP standard as clearly stated by the Norwegian food safety authority when issuing STATEMENT CONCERNING GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE for each individual entity that can showcase their accommodation towards the regulation for Good Manufacturing Practice described in the below-mentioned regulations and its amendments:
